What exactly is Sea Moss?
Sea-Moss is a naturally grown Seaweed of the Genus Gracilaria which consists of several hundred types that are used in many industries such as the production of Agar (Gum) commonly as a thickening agent for sauces and dressings in addition to a wide variety of food products. Sea Moss is a major ingredient for adhesives as is used in paper production. Sea-moss has been cultivated and used as a super-food globally for hundreds of years.
What is Irish Moss?
Irish Moss or Chondrus crispus is a species of red algae that grows abundantly along with the rocky parts of the Atlantic coast of Europe and North America it derives its name from how it grows (on rocks) in those regions. It can be described as a thin flat-like plant that derives its nutrients from sea rocks which derive its nutrients from the Seas-rich mineral environment abundantly powered by Sunlight, believe it or not.
